How do I contact Apparel Trove?
You can either click on the Contact Us link at the foot of any page on our website and send your message, or, you can email us at info@theappareltrove.com.
Our team responds to customer emails as soon as possible but at least within one day of receipt of the email.
How do I search for products?
Simply click on the Magnifying Glass icon at the top right-hand corner of any page on our website and enter a keyword or product name in the Search Bar. Tip: try to enter a general description because if you use specific keywords, fewer products will be shown in the search results. Once you see a product you find interesting, click on it to be taken to a page with all the product details.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
No, you do not. Free shipping is part of our service to customers.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Our team processes orders on working days, i.e. Mondays to Fridays. Order processing takes between 5 to 7 working days. Your order will be delivered within 15 to 30 working days from the date of your order. Please allow for extra delivery time due to COVID-19 restrictions in your country, and peak times such as holidays and sale seasons.
I ordered several items but have only received part of my order
We always do our best to avoid separate delivery and ensure all items are delivered together. However, it happens that orders of various products are processed by different departments and, therefore, items are shipped separately.
What do I do if the item(s) are delivered defective/damaged or are incorrect?
Kindly contact us immediately by email at info@theappareltrove.com or at least within 7 working days of receipt of the incorrect/damaged/defective item(s). Please include photographs of the item(s) and the packaging, as well as the relative order numbers and any other relevant reference numbers/information.
What is Buyer Protection?
It is composed of a number of guarantees which provide customers with protection when they buy items on our website.
Buyer protection covers our customers when:
- An order has been paid but no item(s) are delivered;
- An item(s) does not match our website description.
