After ordering, please allow us up to 5 working days to process your order. Certain items may require more working days for processing, in particular hand made items.

Please be aware that some items may arrive in separate packaging, however, we always do our utmost to ensure that this does not happen. 

Delivery time may take between 7-21 days. This depends on item availability, shipping option selected, postal services, the period in which the order was placed and any COVID-19 restrictions in your country. Due to the unpredictible nature of the COVID-19 restrictions being imposed with little or no warning, we thank you in advance for your kind understanding and patience.

In case of orders during festivities, we recommend that you order in advance to avoid disappointments or delays.

General delays may also be experienced when we experience high volume demands, we apologise for this in advance.

Please be aware that we are exempt from any responsibility should the contents of your order be found compromised or damaged.

Shipping times are to be quoted in business days. Saturdays and Sundays may not be counted, unless proven otherwise by the carrier service.
