Returns and Refund Policy
We hope that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase from Apparel Trove! However, returns can only be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of your item. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Apparel Trove guarantees its items to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow the proper care instructions.
Once orders are placed they cannot be cancelled, however returns can still be made.
If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with an image of the defect and your order number for our team to review.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, duties and taxes as well as for obtaining tracking information as Apparel Trove is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. If you are shipping an item with a value exceeding $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All Apparel Trove items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn/unused, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers, in its original packaging. Any damaged items which have signs of wear or do not conform with Apparel Trove’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
We are unable to offer a refund on items that are scratched, damaged, not in their original packaging or gift cards. Furthermore, we do not accept returns of products that are of an intimate/sanitary nature. Customs or any additional charges for returning the product will not be covered by Apparel Trove and any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by Apparel Trove and will be subtracted from any refund due.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, duties and taxes as well as for obtaining tracking information for returning your gift item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Apparel Trove will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Apparel Trove. Please note that if you refuse to pay customs duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us minus a €25.00 return charge.
Normally the return of the product to Apparel Trove takes 25-30 business days but depending on the country's customs officers.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
Upon receiving confirmation from us that you are to receive a refund, you are reminded that it may take your credit card company or bank some time to process the refund and for it to be credited to your account.
Only regular priced items are refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
By placing an order with Apparel Trove, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
